Sofia Nouri is a Talent Management expert with over 25 years of experience in international and multicultural environments.
After graduate studies in Business, specializing in Communication & Marketing, then a Master’s in Tourism and Hospitality Management, she began her career with the ACCOR in France.
Back in Morocco in 2004 , she joined Atlas Hospitality Hotels & Resorts as Marketing Manager, before joining the North Africa division of the Roche group as Events & Marketing Manager.
In 2007 , she continued her journey at Atento (a Telefónica subsidiary) as Communication & HR Development Manager, where she implemented internal communication tools and led several strategic HR projects: recruitment, evaluation, training and internal mobility.
In 2010 , Sofia Nouri joined the United Nations in New York , where she coordinated recruitment and HR development for humanitarian operations in Africa and the Middle East.
In 2017 , she founded AFRICA SKILLS , a firm specialized in executive search, HR consulting and soft-skills training. Based in Casablanca, the firm now supports organizations and leaders internationally, notably in Africa, the Middle East and the United States.
