Sofia Nouri is an expert in Talent Management with over 25 years of experience in international and multicultural environments.
After higher studies in Business specializing in Communication & Marketing, followed by a Master’s in Tourism and Hospitality Management, she began her career within the ACCOR group in France.
Back in Morocco in 2004 , she joined Atlas Hospitality Hotels & Resorts as Marketing Manager before joining the North Africa division of the Roche as Events & Marketing Manager.
In 2007 , she continued her career at Atento (a Telefónica subsidiary) as Communication & HR Development Manager, where she implemented internal communication tools and led strategic HR projects such as recruitment, assessment, training and internal mobility.
In 2010 , Sofia Nouri joined the United Nations in New York , where she coordinated recruitment and HR development initiatives for humanitarian operations in Africa and the Middle East.
In 2017 , she founded AFRICA SKILLS , a consulting firm specialized in headhunting, HR advisory and soft skills training. Based in Casablanca, it now supports organizations and leaders internationally, particularly in Africa, the Middle East and the United States.
